HSI Adult First Aid/CPR/AED (Blended Learning)
The HSI (Health & Safety Institute) Adult First Aid/CPR/AED blended learning course prepares students to recognize and respond to common first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, and satisfies OSHA workplace and other regulatory certification requirements. This class is taught in a blended learning format -- the online portion (completed on your own computer, phone, or tablet) must be finished before attending the in-person skills session. Upon successful completion, a two-year HSI certificate for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED is issued.

- When and how to use an automated external defibrillator
- Integrating CPR and AED use with EMS response
Certification
- Combines the flexibility of online training with an in-person skills check
