NRA Basic Concealed Carry Course
The NRA Basic Concealed Carry Course is the NRA’s standalone concealed-carry class, built for students who want a single-day path to carrying a concealed handgun responsibly and, in most states, to a CCW permit application -- distinct from the NRA’s longer two-level Personal Protection Outside the Home program. It covers defensive mindset and situational awareness, choosing and carrying concealed-carry gear, the legal responsibilities of carrying a concealed firearm, and safe handling and storage, followed by a supervised live-fire range qualification. Students leave with an NRA course completion certificate -- confirm your state’s specific CCW permit training requirements with us before booking.
